While the Clerk has tried to ensure the accuracy of its court records online, they do not constitute the official court records and are provided for informational purposes only. Questions regarding a specific case should be referred to the Clerk’s office.
In addition to online viewing of many court records, the public may visit any one of the Clerk’s branch offices to obtain copies from court files unless otherwise prohibited by court order, AOSC 14-19, as thereafter amended, Florida Statute, or applicable court rule. Requests for certified copies of court documents may be placed by using our Research and Copy Request Center.
